Press “tare” key. If there is no "tare" key, please press “on/off” to shut off the scale first and then press “on/off” again to restar.

It is 1,000PCs for digital scale (both kitchen scale and bathroom), 3000PCs for mechanical scale.  
 
•  What type of battery is used for your kitchen scales?

It depends on specific model and mostly we use these 3 types: AAA 1.5V, AA 1.5V and 9V battery. 
 
•  What are the capacity & graduation for your kitchen scales?

Capacity ranges from 1kg, 2kg, 3kg, 5kg to 6kg and it depends on specific models. For all digital kitchen scales, the graduation is 1g; for mechanical kitchen scales, it is 25g is for 2kg capacity and 50g is for 5kg capacity.
